Qué hace la app
Trading Robot Forge te ayuda a escribir prompts para que una inteligencia artificial de tu elección (por ejemplo ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini o DeepSeek) programe, convierta o revise un robot de trading. Incluye calculadoras de riesgo, un detector de backtests poco realistas y material de aprendizaje. Funciona en tu móvil; no crea cuentas ni guarda tus datos en servidores.
No es asesoramiento financiero
La app es una herramienta educativa y de productividad. No es un bróker, no se conecta a cuentas de inversión, no ejecuta operaciones y no ofrece recomendaciones de inversión ni asesoramiento personalizado. El trading conlleva un riesgo alto de pérdidas. Prueba siempre cualquier robot en una cuenta de demostración, revisa el código que genere la IA y decide por tu cuenta o con un asesor autorizado.
El código que genera la IA
Los prompts los envías tú a servicios de IA de terceros, que se rigen por sus propios términos. No controlamos lo que esos servicios devuelven ni garantizamos que el código funcione, sea correcto o dé beneficios. Tú eres responsable de revisarlo, probarlo y decidir si lo usas.
Compra y licencia
La app se compra una vez en Google Play. Te damos una licencia personal, no exclusiva y no transferible para usarla en tus dispositivos. Los pagos, impuestos y reembolsos los gestiona Google Play según sus propias condiciones. No puedes copiar, revender ni redistribuir la app ni sus textos.
Uso aceptable
No uses la app para actividades ilegales, para manipular mercados ni para engañar a otras personas.
Garantía y responsabilidad
La app se ofrece «tal cual». Haremos lo razonable para que funcione bien y corregir errores, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de fallos. En la medida en que la ley lo permite, no respondemos de pérdidas de inversión ni de daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app o del código generado con ella. Nada de esto limita los derechos que la ley te da como consumidor.

What the app does

It includes risk calculators, a detector of unrealistic backtests and learning material. It runs on your phone; it creates no accounts and stores none of your data on servers.
Not financial advice
The app is an educational and productivity tool. It is not a broker, does not connect to investment accounts, does not place trades and does not provide investment recommendations or personal advice. Trading involves a high risk of loss. Always test any robot on a demo account, review the code the AI produces and decide for yourself or with a licensed adviser.
AI-generated code
You send the prompts to third-party AI services, which have their own terms. We do not control what those services return and do not guarantee that the code works, is correct or makes a profit. You are responsible for reviewing it, testing it and deciding whether to use it.
Purchase and licence
The app is a one-time purchase on Google Play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices. Payments, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its texts.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for illegal activities, to manipulate markets or to deceive other people.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working and fix errors, but we do not guarantee it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses or indirect damages arising from the use of the app or of code generated with it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
